Working In Concert For You and Not Just With You

March 27, 2017 //  by B&E

In this segment B&E’s President Sarah Kaelberer identifies how working in concert with you and not just for you helps you achieve the best life possible.

Expect your advisors to work in concert FOR you, not just WITH you. You may be asking what’s the difference, and what does that really mean?  Your goals are at the center of everything, that’s a given. How do you know the difference? Here is one example.

A client was having a very difficult time after her spouse had passed away leaving her several businesses and real estate holdings, which she had not been involved in prior to her husband’s passing.  In the midst of her grief, she had to manage the business and deal with many “just plain where to turn” type of issues. As an example, where to get titles transferred; if the employees in her businesses had “their interest” or “her interest” in mind; and even how to work with her children on fulfilling their father’s wishes.

We helped her every step of the way, even in cases when it was outside of the scope of service we provide.  To best work in concert FOR her, we provided advice and solutions. Our client knew we were constantly looking out for her, asking the right questions on her behalf, and connecting her to the right resources.

When you are looking for the right advice and the right fit to help you, ask the question, “Will this person keep my goals at the forefront, work in concert FOR me and WITH me, and offer creative problem solving and resources.”

I tell our clients, “this is not a you thing or a me thing, it’s a we thing.”

With your interest in mind, B&E strives to help you achieve your goals to live, retire and leave the legacy you desire.
